Where we ship

We currently ship within Canada. International shipping is planned; when it opens, this policy will list each market.

Delivery times

Orders placed before 14:00 ET on a business day are dispatched within 1 business day. Delivery in Canada takes 2 to 5 business days after dispatch. The expected dates are shown in the bag and at checkout.

Costs

Shipping in Canada is complimentary on orders over $250 CAD. Below that, the cost for your address is shown at checkout before you pay.

Duties and taxes

Orders shipped within Canada carry no duties; provincial sales taxes are added at checkout. For future international markets, duties and import taxes will be calculated and paid at checkout so nothing is due on delivery.

Tracking

Every order ships with tracking. The link is in your shipping email and in your account.

Late or missing parcels

If your parcel hasn't arrived within the dates shown, contact us and we will trace it with the carrier. If delivery is more than 30 days later than the promised date, you may cancel the order for a full refund.

Address changes

Contact us as soon as possible to change an address. We can't redirect a parcel once it has been dispatched.
