Returns within 30 days
You may return unworn, unwashed pieces with their original tags attached within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price. Returns are free for orders delivered in Canada.
Final sale
Pieces marked Final sale on the product page and in the bag can't be returned or exchanged, unless they are faulty or not as described.
How to return
- Sign in to your account, open the order and choose Return, or contact client services with your order number.
- Pack the pieces with their tags, add the prepaid label we send you and drop the parcel at any Canada Post location.
Refunds
We refund the original payment method within 5 business days of receiving and checking the return. Original shipping is refunded if the whole order is returned or the piece is faulty. Pieces bought with a gift card are refunded to the gift card.
Exchanges
To exchange a size, start a return and tell us the size you'd like; we reserve it while the original travels back. Exchanges are free.
Faulty or incorrect pieces
If a piece arrives damaged, faulty or different from what you ordered, contact us within 30 days with a photo. We will replace it or refund it in full, including shipping, whatever its sale status.
Gifts
Gift recipients can exchange a size or receive a gift card for the value of the piece. The buyer is not told.
International returns
When international shipping opens, returns from outside Canada will be accepted within 30 days; the cost of return shipping will be shown when you start the return.
