Free returns within 30 days on most pieces. Final sale items can't be returned.
How to return
Start your return
Sign in, open the order and choose Return, or write to us with your order number.
Pack it
Unworn, with tags attached, in its original packaging if you have it. Add the prepaid label we send you.
Drop it off
Take the parcel to any Canada Post location. We email you as soon as it arrives.

Returns are free in Canada within 30 days of the delivery date.
Unworn, with tags
Pieces must be unworn, unwashed and have their original tags attached.
Final sale is final
Pieces marked Final sale can't be returned or exchanged. We say so on the product and in your bag.
Refunds in 5 business days
We refund your original payment method within 5 business days of receiving the return.
Free exchanges
Choose a different size and we reserve it while the original travels back.
International returns
When international shipping opens, returns from abroad will be accepted within 30 days; the return shipping cost will be shown when you start the return.
