Accessibility statement

KG Outlet wants everyone to be able to shop with us, whatever device, browser or assistive technology they use.

Our standard

We aim for the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA, which goes beyond the WCAG 2.0 AA level set by Ontario's Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA).

What we do

• Every page is tested with keyboard only and with automated checks for contrast, labels and structure.
• Images of products have text descriptions, and decorative images are hidden from screen readers.
• Motion is reduced when your device asks for it.
• Forms explain errors next to the field and in a summary.
• Text can be enlarged to 200% without losing content.

Known limitations

Some content provided by third parties, such as payment buttons and embedded videos, may not fully meet our standard. We are working with our providers to improve them. [List any limitations found in the final audit.]
